The Inspector carries extensive Errors and Omissions.
Due to our extensive inspection program, the Inspector is limited to performing one inspection per day. This is to ensure that the Inspector can spend the proper amount of time on your home, answer your questions, and not be rushed to attend multiple appointments.
Assured Home Inspections was the first Inspection firm in the region, to include thermal imaging (infrared camera) with our home inspections to help identify potential issues.
